Description:
We have approximately 20 tons of Zinfandel (plus PS/CN--see below) available from two sites in St. Helena. Both vineyards are organically certified and dry farmed.
Site A - 5-10 tons - East end of Mills Lane in gravelly soil. Vines planted in 2001 & 2004 to three heritage clones and a small amount of PS.
Site B - 10-15 tons - wedged between the Silverado trail and the river, S of Pope St. in gravel and volcanic tufa soils. 3 clones plus a bit of PS and Carignane available to co-ferment.
