Organically grown (not certified) Colombard. Consistently clean, excellent quality.
Harvests late Aug early Sept at ~21 brix, 3.0-3.3 pH, 7-9 TA but can pick as desired.
You harvest & dump directly onto your truck: $600/ton if you take 10+ tons, $650/ton 5+ tons, $700/ton 2-4 tons, $8000/ton 1 ton or less.
Add $200 for us to harvest & load your truck.
