Description:

We're a 40 acre vineyard located in the Laguna Ridge area of Russian River Valley. Our site is made up of Gold Ridge soil producing quality pinot noir. Our grapes have been under continuous contract to high end wineries for 29 years. Two separate blocks of pinot noir totaling 9.1 acres are being farmed to produce 2 to 2 1/2 tons per acre. One block is steep westerly sloping and the other an easterly sloping hillside. We will consider selling blocks separately and open to discussing price.
