Previous vintages: 2018, 2019, 2021-2023 won gold medals at the Annual Orange County Wine Fair. This Cabernet has earthy mineral flavors with deep garnet coloring and firm, but not overpowering tannins . Pairs well with all meat dishes, pasta, and also fish such as Salmon.
Our Cabernet has been used for blending in Napa reserve wines from vineyards in the Napa Valley.
