Superb wine that we hate to part with. Sourced from an organic, dry-farmed, east-facing Dundee Hills vineyard at 500 feet of elevation over volcanic soils. Classic Dundee spice on the profile with an attractive note of quince on the nose. This wine was produced in a world-class state of the art facility; it was fermented in concrete and aged in French oak barrels. Please contact to arrange for a tasting.
