Description:

Located at the end Soda Canyon Rd. near Antinori Vineyards. Harvest shall be performed by the buyer. The date of the harvest will be determined by the buyer. The buyer shall pay the grower $5000.00 a ton on, or before August 1, 2026, as a deposit. Balance to be paid after weight has been determined. All farming costs will be borne by the grower. All harvesting and delivery costs will be borne by the buyer.
