Cat's Paw Vineyard sits on the edge of the Kelsey Bench above Big Valley at 1416 feet elevation. Soil is deep well drained Forbesville Loam. Small family farm. CCOF certified organic Originally planted with Merlot in 2001, 2 acres were grafted to Cabernet Sauvignon clone FPS 04 on 3309 rootstock in 2017. Meticulously farmed and hand harvested. Ready for harvest in mid to late September.
