Organically-farmed Zin grapes available from a 3.5 acre vineyard. We average 2.7 tons per acre on a trellised zin block. Each year, we thin approximately 20-30% of the clusters on the ground during verasion to concentrate sugars. Other vineyard practices includes spring suckering, leaf thinning and deficit irrigation. Grapes are hand-harvested and delivered to Sonoma/Napa County address. The grapes go into a $58 zin bottling of which samples of the wines are avail to taste.
