Description:

Fantastic Rosé of Sangiovese from the Clements Hills AVA (Lewis Vineyard). Minimal intervention winemaking. Native ferm, no fining or additions other than So2. This was whole cluster pressed and aged sur lees. We bottle this as a stand alone rosé as well as use it to add acidity and fruit components to some of our lighter red blends. We just don't have the budget to bottle this much rose at this time. Open to offers. The wine is stored in St. Helena. Check out our other listings
