Gorgeous Tocai Friulano organically farmed in El Dorado County (Apple Hill) at 3000ft elevation. Native fermentation, no fining, no additions other than So2. Aged sur lees in neutral oak. We bottle this as a stand alone, but just can't justify bottling the full volume. Open to offers. We also have Dry Muscat Canelli, Teroldego, and rose of Sangiovese available. Wine is located in St. Helena.
