100% zero chemical farming, dry farmed, so organic it makes normal organic farmers look like they use roundup as cologne. Field blend of a small vineyard with a mix of Syrah, Grenache, Zin and Bordeaux varieties. Must pick at 20-23 brix because it's so organic that the birds bees and deer will eat it if we try to go beyond that.
