Description:
Hand picked, and hand sorted fully ripe grapes. 18-20 days fermentation on the skins in open top bins, completed malolactic transformation in French barriques. 15% New oak, and 75% second to 4th fill.
This wine is a blend of 40% Cabernet Franc, 34% Merlot, 12% Cabernet Sauvignon, 9% Malbec, and 5% Petit Verdot.
This is a Premium wine, we are only selling because of over production in 2024 as this was a spectacular vintage for Long Island.
Open to negotiations on full volume. Thank you
