Description:
This lovely, textured wine is a collection of hand-picked, small lots from Phinny Hill, Destiny Ridge, Seven Hills, Southwind, and Taggart (estate) vineyards. The blend is 80% Cabernet Sauvignon, 12% Cabernet Franc, 6% Malbec, and 2% Merlot. The wine was fermented in stainless steel tanks and aged in 50% new French oak.
