Located on the southwest side of Howell Mountain, our Cold Springs Block neighbors Bancroft Ranch, Clif Family and Dana's Hershey Vineyard. The vineyard's row spacing is 4 x 7, Northeast-Southwest oriented, 35% Clone 47, 65% Clone 7, double cordon pruned and irrigated with a high production well.
