2-2.5T of 50yo head-trained Old Vine Zinfandel on St George. Yields ~2.5TPA
Located on on Lodi's west side. Alluvial soils derived from granitic rock and are extremely well drained. The soil is well composted & cover cropped annually with OSB plowdown+daikon. It has been shoot thinned with leaf pulling and all the works to come. We can sell in small lots, hand picked into macros.
