Description:
Pinot Grigio, Sierra Foothill Appalachian, 2025. Made as a white wine for a sparkling, whole cluster pressed, fermented clean, always stored in bright tank under pressure. Stable and cross flow filtered. Very clean and bright wine, notes of orange peel, flint, apple. We can transfer as bulk (uncarbonated), we can carbonate and keg, or we are able to can for you. We are slightly over inventoried and trying to clear a tank for other production. Price is negotiatable depending on treatment.
