Lovely 2021 Riesling stored in steel drums. Classic Riesling aromatics. showing pretty peach, white flowers, and typical petrol notes. The wine is bright and surprisingly fresh on the palate, with nice notes of pineapple, ripe red apple, and fresh herbs. The finish is bone dry and clean.
