Description:
2025 Dry Creek Valley Cabernet Sauvignon, dark in color with pretty aromas of blackberry, violet, graphite, and subtle cedary spice. The wine shows its youth with plenty of fun primary flavors, a lithe freshness and elegant tannins. Moderate alcohol and good chemistry--would make a great standalone wine or elegant blending component. Currently in 30% once-filled barrels. Wine was racked in February.
