15.8% ABV, 3.69 pH, 5.8 g/L TA
This wine was made from low-yielding wines in highly calcareous soil and has great color, moderately intense aroma, with a rich, round mouthfeel, dark fruit, holiday spices, chocolate, and cola.
Currently the wine is aging in 400L, 265L, and 228L barrels. All wines have been topped monthly and FSO2 maintained around 30ppm.
Open to partial volume purchases.
