Premium Nebbiolo 1 ton. High density 4’ by 4’ VSP spacing. No till, low impact, little or no pesticide or herbicide use, bird netting, target is 6 to 7 lbs of fruit per vine. The fruit consists of small, tiny clusters that have been making very tannic Barolo like wine with finishing ph’s in the 3.4 to 3.6 range with no chemical additions. $2,400 you pick, we and try and help find a crew if not. Wines/grapes have been featured in magazines.
