Description:

This +/- 3 acre estate in the Diamond Mtn District is planted to 81% CS, 13% Merlot and 6% Petit Verdot. Planted in 2007, it was bottled as a single-vineyard bottling by von Strasser Winery for the past dozen year. The estimated crop of Cab Sauv is between 6 - 8 tons. There is also a small planting of Merlot (1 - 2 tons) and Petit Verdot (0.5 tons), which are available if desired. Come visit the site, taste the wine and lets make a deal! Samples of finished wine are available.
