Coming from a historic Los Carneros Vineyard, this vibrant Pinot Noir was barrel aged for 18 months in tight grain French Oak (15% new) and it is currently sitting in a full Stainless Steel tank.
The wine was topped every 4 weeks and kept at 30ppm of FSO2 for the entirety of its aging process.
Cross-flow filtration available if required.
