Description:

Organically grown (not certified) Colombard. Consistently clean, excellent quality fruit.

Usually harvests early September at ~21 brix, 3.2 pH, 7-8 TA but can pick earlier for sparkling (late August at ~19.5 brix and ~3.1 pH)

Makes an excellent, clean crisp white or sparkling base (10.5-11% ABV). Perfect for blending as it's so clean, fruity and great chemistry.

$850/ton if you take 10+ tons, $900/ton if you take 5+ tons, $950/ton for 2-4 tons, $1000/ton for 1 ton or less
