Premium quality El Dorado Zinfandel clone FPS15 which makes for a silk-like wine. Elegantly handcrafted at our winery with careful hand sorting, manual punch downs, gentle bladder press. Aged with French oak ~50% new. This elegant Zinfandel exhibits notes of red hard candy, medium bodied with supple tannins and balanced acid. Minimum purchase 300 gallons.
