Description:
Premium quality Fiddletown 2000 ft elevation Cabernet Sauvignon comprised of two “cult” clones 04 and 337. Elegantly handcrafted at our winery with careful hand sorting, manual punch downs, gentle bladder press. Aged with French oak ~60% new. Blended as 76% Cabernet Sauvignon, 11% Merlot, 6% Cabernet Franc, 5% Malbec and 2% Petit Verdot, all Amador or El Dorado fruit. Minimum purchase 300 gallons.
