Super clean, bright, red-fruit driven 2025 vintage Pinot Noir from one of the Sonoma Coast's most iconic vineyards just outside Occidental. Fully dry, ML complete, and currently in 90% stainless steel and 10% neutral French oak. This would be a fantastic component to balance riper, higher alcohol lots, lower COGS from more expensive fruit, or on its own. Samples available 1/19 onwards.
