7.6-acre NW facing hillside vineyard with ideal soil and cool-weather conditions in the Sebastopol Hills produces premium wine grapes. Marine elements of Sonoma Coast and winds of nearby Petaluma Gap create perfect cool-climatic conditions. Goldridge Sandy Loam and very steep hillside terrain yield premium PN (Pommard, VR, and Swan) and Chardonnay (Hyde Old Wente). Planted by Ulises Valdez in 2016 and currently farmed by Chris Walden. 10 tons of Pinot Noir and 2 tons of Chardonnay available.
