This juicy and vibrant rosé opens with mandarin orange and sweet mountain strawberry, layered with delicate rose petal aromatics. On the palate, hibiscus and orange marmalade lead into notes of Mirabelle plum, finishing bright, fresh, and finely textured.
Winemaking Notes:
The 2025 Rose was harvested between 8/26 and 9/8 to preserve freshness and acidity. Each batch was pressed gently and fermented separately until dry, then blended, heat and cold stabilized
