Description:

Three vintages of Sparkling Rose. Sourced from the Dundee and Eola Amity Hills. All are majority Chardonnay to Pinot blends. Tirage bottling done in house, set to 6 bars of pressure, cold stable, with no filtration or fining of base wine. All vintages are clean and made with the intention to be aged on lees 3 years or more with the thought of minimum dosage. Willing to disgorge for additional cost.
