Offering 1.5 acres of established vineyard for lease at $0 lease cost. 0.5 acres Cabernet Sauvignon, 0.5 acres Zinfandel, 0.5 acres Sangiovese. Lessee shall be responsible for all aspects of vineyard management including winter pruning, bud/cane thinning, VSP, fruit thinning, mildew management, bird netting and harvest. Lessee to provide all necessary equipment, materials and labor. Lessee's equipment may be stored on-site. Lessor will provide irrigation water and mildew spraying at no cost.
