Beautiful old vine (1986) 2025 Chardonnay from the rocky, windy Arroyo Seco AVA. These beautiful old vines have been farmed organic in practice for the past 2 years.
Gently whole cluster pressed and underwent a long cold fermentation in stainless steel tank. Wine is currently being held in stainless steel on the lees. Great aromatics, freshness and texture. If you are looking for a really nice stand alone wine that was farmed and crafted in a artisanal manner this is a great option.
