For Sale: 3 tons of Cabernet Sauvignon, grown at 2,100 ft. in a vineyard located at the south base of Mt. Autumn in the Fair Play AVA. We are winemakers and have been farming our grapes with a focus on high-quality, not quantity. Our goal is to produce no more than 2.5 tons/acre at harvest time. These beautiful 22-year old vines produce generous black fruits, dark chocolate and mint for a medium to full bodied wine. Our 2019 Estate Cab Sauv recently scored 94 points in Wine Enthusiast.
