Our wine comes from 20 years old Merlot vines.
Harvested and sorted by hand, our grapes were cold soaked before being fermented. Following this fermentation we left our wine in extended maceration for 6 days before draining it. The next step is malolactic fermentation in French oak barrels.
The wine was then racked and aged for 15 months in one-year-old French wood barrels.
This lot is know in stainless steal tank, protected from oxygen.
