Sustainably farmed vineyard at 1500 feet elevation, Linne-Calodo soil.
Excellent dark color and acidity. Low yield with 11 x 7 spacing and limited irrigation; we will work with winemaker to optimize but typically farm for about 2 to 2.5 tons/acre.
Two blocks (both on 1103p rootstock):
Clone 515 -- just over a ton remaining. Brix 18.2 on 8/29.
Clone 362 --up to 2 tons remaining. Brix 20.8 on 8/29.
We harvest to your bins for $2250 per ton. You harvest at $1750 per ton.
