Description:

The Pillsbury Vineyard, on the Slopes and Bench land of West Dry Creek Rd. The block at the highest point yields 5 tons from head-trained 60 year old vines. The trellised cordon trained vines at the bottom of the vineyard can carry up to 15 tons. The whole vineyard has been dry farmed for 10 years now. We farm with ecological and environmental sensitivity. Nutrients are derived from compost produced on site and overwintered cover crops. Hand picked night harvest for fruit delivered cold.
