Tondre Grapefield has consistently produced premium fruit and 90+ wines over the past two decades. Vineyard management includes VSP trellising, minimal water use, north-south row direction, no glyphosate (Roundup), sustainable farming practices, and all fruit is hand harvested at night. These 12 tons have been reduced to a single cluster per shoot by having fruit dropped before verasion ensuring only the highest quality cluster per shoot is harvested. Home wine-makers welcome.
