Small vineyard surrounded by big vineyards in the heart of the Chehalem mountains. The winery that we sold grapes to for the last decade was just foreclosed on due to being overleveraged with other investments (Archer). Trying to land a place for these high quality and high elevation grapes 660-800 feet. 2 clusters per cane thinning planned for early next week to maintain quality. Looking to establish a long-term relationship but just trying to break even this year.
