Description:
Not a Rose/Blush, but a dry light to medium-bodied red. Bright and crunchy red fruit, currently residing in a full stainless tank and being held under temperature control. From a high-elevation (> 3,000 ft.) and south-facing vineyard site on well-drained Aiken clay loam soils. Vines were 12 years old and farmed organically but not certified. Low tannins but with healthy natural acidity giving a juicy and thirst-quenching palate.
