We're sourcing a neutral grape wine base for RTDs, often called OTS (Other Than Standard) or OTSOW (Other Than Standard Orange Wine). Needs to be =23.9% ABV, highly neutral (no flavor/aroma), with no preservatives. Key specs: Brix < -5, TA 0.019–0.140, pH 3.0–7.5, SO2 =5. Used as a clean alcohol base for blending flavors.
