Description:
100% Premium Cabernet Sauvignon from Estate Vineyard in Calistoga. Stainless steel fermented and aged 20 months in barrel, 100% NEW French oak (mix of toast and forrest of Francois Freres, Sylvain and Seguin Moreau). Not racked during fermentation. ETS combined scorpion and Chem panel available per request.
We got more tons from the Estate Vineyard than what we usually get so we decided to make all of it. However, we are bottling the same program (cases) as every year, having leftovers.
