Description:

The Pillsbury Vineyard is on the Slopes and Bench land of West Dry Creek Rd. The steepest slopes of the ranch host a field blend of head-trained vines with 75% Zin, 10% Carginane, 10% Petite Sirah, 5% Viognier and 5% Alicante Bouschet. (10-12 tons). We dry farm to produce grapes that truly express the land on which they are growing. Nutrients for the growth of this vineyard are derived from compost produced on-site and over wintered cover crops that we incorporate into the soil.
