Estate grown Pritchard Hill Cabernet Franc. Organically farmed. Hand harvested, optically sorted, multiple daily tub and screen pumpovers during fermentation. High attention to detail winemaking. Aged in combination of 500L Stockinger Barrels and French Oak Barriques (60% New Oak - Taransaud, Sylvain, Despots, Atelier).
Structured, finessed, and concentrated.
All wine is currently in BDX barrels, which can be included with sale at no additional charge. Range of years from 2017 to 2023.
