Vineyard Grapes are grown using sustainable bio dynamic methods. NO Roundup or pesticides. Sheep do our weed control. All viticulture practices is Hands on. From Pruning, shoot, leaf & fruit thinning, to harvest. Harvest is during the cool evenings and ready for sunrise pick up. Fertilization is minor elements from the ocean. Once Veraison arrives we limit water to achieve the perfect balance of ripeness of the acid/brix, flushing plants with mountain spring water 45 days prior to harvest.
