This pale salmon sparkling rosé (Extra Dry, 16g/L) was tirage bottled in July 2023 and aged on lees for a creamy texture and fine mousse. Notes of strawberry, blood orange, and hibiscus lead into peach, apple, and a hint of anise on the clean, bright finish. Custom dosage trials available with expert winemaking support.
