These grapes are all grown here on site so we can pick at peak of ripeness. Grapes are picked early in more and moved into a climate controlled area awaiting pressing. Juice is cold settled and stored at 32 degrees . All juices are not adjusted or have added fining agents added. . We also have Frontenac gris ,Frontenac Blanc, Itasca , Louise ,St. Pepin, Marquette, Petite pearl, La crescent, and Norton. We also have 2024 bulk wine available for sale or if you need a sample let me know.
