Description:
Elegance with layers of wild cherry, black raspberry, earth and white pepper. Gentle extraction for juicy acidity, great texture and well-integrated tannins. Native yeast, natural malolactic completed, not fined or filtered. Wine is out of barrel, in tank, perfect for standalone or to elevate a blend.
From two vineyards with volcanic Jory or Nekia, two with Bellpine sedimentary soils. Thirty percent of the blend is 15-35-year-old own-rooted, dry-farmed, no-till vines.
