We have six barrels of Syrah from a regenerative organic (not certified) site in Forestville, dry-farmed on Goldridge.
The bottled wine has been featured by the glass at a three star Michelin recently.
Fermented with native yeasts and bacteria, 14 months neutral oak. It is bright, structured, electric color and balances power and finesse. Would make a great stand alone or blender.
