Description:

A rare red meat grape with dark red juice. Primarily used as a blending grape where color and tannin are needed. Becoming popular as a single varietal. Deep dark juice, inky and robust. It easily rehabilitates any varietal it is blended with.
VSP trellis, planted in 2013, at 2600' elevation located in the El Dorado Appellation. We believe we have one of the few vineyards planted in the Sierra Foothills. Come by and visit. References are glady available from the finest winemakers in our area!
