Panthea Estate Vineyard is located in the 'deep end' of Anderson Valley. The cool evenings produce a well balanced fruit. The vineyard is dry farmed with minimal interventions allowing the fruit to reach its full potential. Produced in small batches with traditional hand punch down techniques. Aged in second use French oak for 16 months and inoculated with Williams Selyem yeast. Dark ruby in color with good concentration and flavors of Santa Rosa plum, black raspberry and forrest floor.
