Description:
Amador Fiddletown AVA "cult" clones 04 (Argentinian) and 337 (Bordeaux) grown at 2200 Ft elevation in excellent granitic soils on cool eastern facing hill/bowl. Elegantly handcrafted at our winery with careful hand sorting, manual punch downs, gentle bladder press. Aged with French oak ~60% new. Blended as 76% Cab, 11% Merlot, 6% Cab Franc, 5% Malbec, 2% Petit Verdot. A mountain Cabernet to rival Napa. Minimum purchase 300 gallons.
